Nerdy & Saved Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nerdy & Saved! We appreciate your support and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days. During new collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2 to 3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order will ship according to the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Nerdy & Saved is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Nerdy & Saved is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We'll gladly assist you with any information you may need.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
